For the past two days, starting from JUST when I was both going to sign on the messengers, and order something online, to now, my internet service provider decided to have a breakdown somewhere, and only get it fixed today, PLUS even so, because of their irrational hate of routers, that involved rearranging half the house to get this thing into the horrifically inconvenient place they PUT the dang connection source, then BACK here.
Tell me I'm allowed to use a blunt, heavy object on one of them for this, and that two solid days of downtime is unreasonable for an ISP.

*sigh* They need to react faster than that. A 2-day reaction time is just pathetic. On the bright side. A big company is bound to be using them. JUst wait until that company gets a blackout time that long, they'll have that ISP hanging for it.
